DELIVERIES

How do you deliver my order? We hand deliver all our plants to ensure that your order always arrives in perfect condition. We will leave the plants in a safe place. Please leave a note during checkout if there is no safe place to leave your order so we can arrange for a convenient time for delivery. If you require delivery to an apartment, please indicate where the plants should be placed. We do not climb stairs to deliver the plants. 

Where do you delivery to? We currently only deliver to parts of Greater Sydney. Please check our page on where we deliver to for a full list of suburbs.

How much do you charge for delivery?: Free delivery for orders over $200, or a flat rate of $15.

How long after I place my order will it be delivered? We usually deliver within 5-10 business days of your order being placed.

Can I pick-up my order? Yes, you can collect your order from Liam Street, Tallawong, NSW. We will send you pick-up information after you place your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order because I changed my mind? No, unfortunately since plants are perishable items we are unable to accept returns and provide refunds. Please select your plants carefully.  
What if my order arrived damaged or had other issues? Please inspect your order and if you find any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us with photographs and details within 2 days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and find a solution. Please ensure that the plant is in the same condition as when it was delivered and we will arrange for refunds/replacements and a pick-up time.
